The Art of being the observer (Ep. 326): To move toward true transformation, the first liberating step is to hit pause on our identity. We live inside a structure we call “me,” a Biographical Self built from labels: our name, nationality, a collection of traumas, and a list of achievements. It’s a character we’ve designed piece by piece through the scars and titles that tell the story of how we were broken or how we managed to stand out. However, there is a moment of silence—like that split second when you wake up, before you remember all your worries—where everything stops. In that vacuum, when the mental noise shuts off and you forget for an instant who you’re supposed to be, a question arises that changes everything: if I am not my past or my wounds, who is the one left there, holding my story? Who is the one listening to the voice speaking inside my head?
