Spiritual Compass (Ep. 346): We live in a time obsessed with answers. We want to know what decision to make, which path to choose, whether that person is the right one, whether we should stay or leave, whether what we feel is a sign or a mistake. We want guarantees. We want certainty. In some way, we want to get ahead of life so we won’t make mistakes. And when we can’t find a clear answer, doubt appears. Then we believe that something is wrong. We think we doubt because we’re not strong enough, because we haven’t worked enough on ourselves, because our intuition is blocked, or because we simply haven’t found someone who can tell us what to do. But what if doubt isn’t the problem? What if the real problem is our desperate need to find a definitive answer?
