I was recently reading a very valuable message based on discoveries made by quantum physics, and it seemed very important to come and share it, especially now that we are starting a New Year with great optimism and enthusiasm to be more aware of the energy that surrounds us.

Vibration in quantum physics means ” everything is energy”. We are beings that vibrate at certain frequencies, and each vibration is equivalent to a feeling. When you see posts shared on social networks with very sensitive content, you know that although they are shared to cause reflection among humanity, the only thing they emit is a low vibrational frequency.

When you watch shows that deal with misfortune, death, betrayal, etc., your brain accepts that as a reality and releases a whole chemistry in your body, causing your vibrational frequency to be affected.

Things that are good for you and help you vibrate at a higher frequency. Be careful. I’m not saying that you should stop seeing your favorite beings with a lot of action and killings, because we all see them. There are simply people who are very sensitive to violence, and we do not want to vibrate there, much less infect others. Okay?

Environment.

Whether at home or at work, if you spend a lot of your time in a disorganized and dirty environment, this will also affect your vibrational frequency. Improve what is around you, organize and clean your environment. Yes, show the Universe that you are able to receive much more; open a space to deposit what the Universe is about to send you.
